For products priced under $500, we offer a one-year replacement program. Under the replacement plan, you do not receive a repair, but rather a new replacement product.

For products priced over $500, we offer a three-year or five-year program. The coverage period begins on the date of purchase of your video product and will extend three or five years depending on the coverage you select. If your product malfunctions, you will contact the customer care center to obtain authorization for a repair.

All video warranty policies are Mail-In service.  The Mail-In Service is a very easy and hassle-free process.  You simply notify UPS of the need to send your product for repair and they will come to your home or office to pick up for packaged product.  If you do not have a box or packaging, these materials will be provided for you.  The product is then shipped to a factory authorized repair facility that is approved by the manufacturer and equipped with the inventory, personnel and knowledge to assess the problem and repair it correctly and efficiently.
