For home entertainment system products priced under $500, we offer a one-year replacement program. Under the replacement plan, you do not receive a repair, but rather a new replacement product.

For home theater products priced over $500, we offer a three-year or five-year program. The coverage period begins on the date of purchase of your home entertainment system and will extend three or five years depending on the coverage you select. If your product malfunctions, you will contact the customer care center to obtain authorization for a repair. You will be directed to an authorized service center for repair of your product. If your service plan is designated In-Home service, then dispatched personnel will come to your home and perform on-site repairs.
