This program was designed  for products priced under $500.  It is a one-year replacement program for any battery or AC electronics product. Any item that has a cord or a battery is eligible.  If your product malfunctions, the component will be repaired at no cost to you. If the product is not repairable, you will receive a brand new product to replace it. The process is quick and hassle free. 

The replacement program guarantees a replacement of your electronics product if it malfunctions for one year after the manufacturer's warranty expires.  Electronic products have different warranties depending on the manufacturer.  The standard warranty is either 90-days or 1-year coverage for parts and labor.  Depending on the orignial manufacturer's warranty, the replacement warranty would begin the day after the standard warranty expires and end 1-year from that date.  Should your product come with a manufacturer's warranty where parts and labor are guaranteed for a different length of time, your replacement warranty would begin immediately after the shortest warranty period has expired.

If your product malfunctions, you will contact the customer care center to obtain authorization for a repair. All replacement warranty policies are Mail-In service.  The Mail-In Service is a very easy and hassle-free process.  You simply notify UPS of the need to send your product for repair and they will come to your home or office to pick up for packaged product.  If you do not have a box or packaging, these materials will be provided for you.  The product is then shipped to a factory authorized repair facility that is approved by the manufacturer and equipped with the inventory, personnel and knowledge to assess the problem and repair it correctly and efficiently.
