For products priced over $500, we offer three-year or five-year service contracts. The coverage period begins on the date of purchase of your computer or peripheral and will extend three or five years depending on the coverage you select. The claims process is very simple.

If your computer malfunctions, contact the customer care center to request authorization for a repair. If you have elected to enroll in a computer extended warranty plan that provides In-Home service, a qualified service technician will be dispatched to your home to perform the repairs on-site.  If your plan is not designated as an In-Home service program, then it is termed Mail-In service.  The Mail-In Service is a very easy and hassle-free process.  You simply notify UPS of the need to send your product for repair and they will come to your home or office to pick up for packaged product.  If you do not have a box or packaging, these materials will be provided for you.  The product is then shipped to a factory authorized repair facility that is approved by the manufacturer and equipped with the inventory, personnel and knowledge to assess the problem and repair it correctly and efficiently.
