For kitchen appliances and other home appliances, we offer a three-year or five-year program. If you want to protect more than one appliance, we offer coverage on any three or five appliances that you would choose. The coverage for your product begins on the date you purchased the home appliance and will extend three or five years depending on the coverage you select.

If your product malfunctions, you will contact the customer care center to obtain authorization for a repair. You will be directed to an authorized service center for repair of your appliance. If your service plan is designated In-Home service, then dispatched personnel will come to your home and perform on-site repairs.
